Banana/strawberry ice cream with chopped almonds, dark chocolate and dried blueberries. All paleo.
Healthy paleo Ice cream
2-5 ripe Bananas
Nuts, dark chocolate and dried blueberries
What to do…
- Peel bananas
- Cut them into pieces (easier to blend)
- Put them in the freezer for 1-2 hours
- Blend until they become creamy
- Add strawberries. Blend.
- Eat now for “soft ice” or freeze again for a harder ice cream.
- Chop nuts and chocolate and add them with the dried blueberries before you serve the ice cream.
Tip: Add honey, fresh berries, stevia or whatever you like to the ice cream in order to make taste variances (stevia or honey will make it sweeter). SO yummy!
