Great answers to share with those who don’t understand Primal and don’t actually understand how your body uses food. My favorite question:

Made mini egg cups by lining cup cake pan with bacon and cracking one egg in each (from my mini chickens). Mine were cooked at 400 for 20 min, but you should keep an eye on them for desired doneness.

You need:2-5 ripe BananasFrozen strawberriesNuts, dark chocolate and dried blueberries 
What to do…
Peel bananas
Cut them into pieces (easier to blend)
Put them in the freezer for 1-2 hours
Blend until they become creamy
Add strawberries. Blend.
Eat now for “soft ice” or freeze again for a harder ice cream.
Chop nuts and chocolate and add them with the dried blueberries before you serve the ice cream.
Tip: Add honey, fresh berries, stevia or whatever you like to the ice cream in order to make taste variances (stevia or honey will make it sweeter). SO yummy!

Watermelon Tart! (tutorial)

Look at it closely! It looks like some kind of cake or tart right? but it’s not. It’s actually a watermelon cut into the shape of a cake with yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and nuts on top!

This is perfect for like an outdoor BBQ or Fourth of July! In the summer heat this must be like heaven?!
